zenn bites...

i've been lazy *hangs head in shame* haha

been all caught up with bai nian-ing, having sumptious meals (and growing very fat), collecting meagre amounts of angpows, carrying mandarins around (very mah fan coz mandarins don't fit in my little bag), catching up with family and friends, getting very little sleep, playing stupid online games like insanaquarium and bookworm and racing frogs, etc etc etc...

i've been a very busy girl indeed

had a scrumptious seafood dinner last night at "no signboard" seafood restaurant in west coast (so bloody far)...22 of us...it was great...food wasn't exactly first class, but it was sufficient and i thought the crabs and prawns were quite finger-lickin' good! (wah but the "muntou" was pathetic..haha)

it has been a non-stop foodfest - steamboat reunion dinner (i drank WAY too much soup, ate way too much rice, and went for prata with xiang after that muahaha), huge lunches and dinners at my uncles' and aunts', last night's seafood dinner, too many suppers, and all-day goodie-munching...

i think i'm 5kg heavier...and chinese new year isn't even over yet......... =/


woke up at 6am today...been a long time since i wake to that part of the day (fall asleep at that time more often than not!)...my 4 hours of sleep caused me to nodnodnod on the mrt to bishan to meet xiang, on the mrt back home, on the bus to swim coaching, and on the bus back home...i think i spent about 5 and a half hours catnapping on public transport today...

what a valentine's day it has been haha

i don't really celebrate valentine's...but it annoys me to see how other girls get special treatment on this day while i don't...grrr i shall console myself by saying that i get special treatment every day OTHER than on valentine's...hrmph sour grapes haha

ah well..i guess i'm not the sorta girl who expects flowers and nicely-wrapped presents...though it would be nice to get some someday (but not on valentine's..coz they are all so ridiculously priced..xiao!)... and feel appreciated and loved...yeahyeah i know they are all material goods, but sometimes, it just seems more...THERE...no need to be expensive...but just something that means something...or just the basic action of treating me extra nice...and being sincere about it...

ahhh the little things that make me happy...

and no, i'm not complaining...coz i had a great day today...i'm glad i got to spend morning with xiang, lunch with my mum (though jack's place's steak sucks), afternoon with kentaro and the ah nehs on bus 66, evening with my family and phonecalls from friends, and night with my SK II mask (yes, finally got it!), handphone and my trusty laptop...

i should sleep soon...i am tired...

but there is a bloody mosquito in my room...and it's a vampire - it's been sucking blood from my NECK!!! RRRRAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!! i bet there are two of them and they are having a valentine's day outing and i am their appetizer (neck), main course (torso) and dessert (legs).
