zenn bites...

it has been a colorful week so far, in more ways than one.

had dinner with gracie on tuesday after my funky wunky parents told me that they BOTH had dinner plans and left me to my own defenses.

left work late and took a bus down to siglap beer garden for yum bah chor mee with lots of tiny meatballs, and eggy hor fun that wasn't very eggy. it started to pour and we were kinda stuck, so we ended up having rojak (you tiao only, hopefully with no spit) too.

we got bored of beer garden so we braved the rain and my trusty little brolly got us across the road to starbucks. decided to forgo gelare even though it was half-priced tuesday, coz we both felt more tea-y than waffly.

time spent with cher will always be educational, and this evening was no different. we made a mess of the starbucks table (which we cleaned up later), blowing paint everywhere while attempting to mix nice colors and create masterpieces.

an "oops" inadvertently meant that new sprays of dotted paint have found their way on to some parts of our bodies (and on the floor, table, chairs, mugs......).

pretty colors all properly stored in their little containers. special mention to my er...unique purple mix!

and i present *drumroll* our works of art! (the one with the big mess is mine. muahaha)

i love my butterflies! hiak they have absolutely nothing to do with the pictures, but ang just taught me how to put them in so i'm showing off =D (i'm a photoshop idiot lah ok? just roll your eyes and give a loud pretend-gasp of wonderment at my cleverness and pat me on the head heh)

ok...back to burrowing under the mountain of work i go. boy am i glad that the week's nearly done with. *grimace*
