the week-long korean film festival is on from this thursday and the 8 critically-acclaimed films look really promising!

2 guys meet 5 grannies who haven't seen a single man for 20 years (oh man...talk about deprived). an outrageous comedy about a gangster and a corrupt cop who go to the island of mapado looking for a lost billion-won loot, but end up being slaves to very suppressed old women.

marathon
about an autistic 20-year-old training to become a marathon runner. sounds like a korean forest gump who farts at inopportune times, dances in public, loves zebras and can memorize casual conversations.
