zenn bites...

had a wonderful pre-birthday meal last night when i met loon wei for dinner. from the patch of grass garden between our offices, we walked a super long way to chinatown mrt station, then headed to clarke quay!
the labyrinths that are chinatown and clarke quay mrt stations.

we finally reached the quay and decided on hot stones steak and seafood restaurant!

he had a yummy buttery margariney chicken-that-oozed-cheese, and i got the to-die-for hot stones tenderloin steak with mushroom toppers!

ooooo red bloody meat was soooooo gooooooood *show vampire fangs*

ian's a sweetie coz he decided that this meal shall be my birthday treat from him! (do i sound like black menstrual?) woohoo!

the waiter asked him to "please give a sign here" when he brought us the bill. so we did:

and the receipt became my birthday card, complete with asahi beer-watermark!

with me smelling like a stoned cow *mooooo*, we made our way downtown to join kristina, elaine, chua, loon and ck for a cuppa at coffee bean paragon!

lots and lotsa photowhoring!!! yipee!!! chua and ian decided to do the himbo/gay act cute numeral handsigns. this is how they counted:

1...2...5...7...10!!!!!! i think they need to go back to school.

and we found out that chua brings his huge-ass banana everywhere he goes. no not that one, a SPARE! (or as he said, "this is my showroom, the real one's in my warehouse" *looks down*)

and loon likes to tower-up empty cups and make them topple over. kids nowadays...heh =D
